Home Made Garlic Butter



Great to have in the fridge for a million and one recipes

Oh yes. Kiev's are coming soon. This is so simple I'm sure you already knew how to do it.


Ingredients;

1 Full garlic bulb. Pealed and crushed.
4 oz/ 113 Block of salted butter.
2 Tablespoons of dried parsley or chopped fresh parsley.
1/3 Teaspoon of black pepper.
1 Clean empty margarine tub.

Method;

1. In a saucepan melt down the block of butter and stir in the garlic, parsley and black pepper. Stir continuously for several minutes then pour into the margarine tub.

2. Replace lid and put in the fridge to cool. How easy was that?


This will be spreadable and also great for making pats for such things as garlic bread and chicken Kiev's!
